Role Overview
Design and implement high-precision, high-speed motion control systems for semiconductor packaging equipment, driving performance, reliability, and innovation through advanced algorithms and system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize motion control systems and algorithms (PID, feedforward, adaptive, model-based).
- Conduct system modeling, simulation, and analysis using MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent tools.
- Tune and optimize servo control loops for precision and robustness.
- Implement diagnostic, prognostic, and real-time embedded control solutions.
- Address vibration suppression, disturbance rejection, and trajectory planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to enhance system integration.
- Conduct feasibility studies and research emerging motion control technologies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during development, testing, and production.
Ideal Requirements
- Bachelor\'s, Master\'s, or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of classical and modern control methods.
- Experience with system modeling, MATLAB/Simulink, and embedded control hardware (DSPs, FPGAs, microcontrollers).
