Job description

We are looking for a Mobile Vaccination Operations Officer to oversee mobile vaccination services, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, particularly for vaccination centres and mobile teams. Your role is pivotal in providing a seamless experience for individuals receiving vaccinations and maintaining high operational standards.

📍 Location: Nearest MRT, Labrador Park

🕒 Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday)

💰 Salary: Up to $4,300/month

🗓 Start Date: 1 Jan 2026

📅 Duration: 12-month contract

Responsibilities
  • Supervise mobile vaccination services to support vaccination needs and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the vaccination teams, prioritising customer-centric service.
  • Ensure the accountability and accuracy of vaccine inventory, minimizing waste and optimising resource use.
  • Communicate MOH’s policies and operational plans to all stakeholders, ensuring smooth integration and compliance.
  • Facilitate changes and integration of new practices into vaccination workflows.
  • Work with external stakeholders to develop operational plans and ensure effective delivery of vaccination services.
  • Conduct HRF training for volunteers supporting vaccination operations.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc project tasks as needed by the Crisis Strategy and Operations Group.
Requirements

Proven supervisory experience in healthcare or related fields.

Strong operational management skills with a focus on customer-centric service.

Experience in inventory management, with a focus on accountability and compliance.

Excellent communication skills to effectively convey regulatory requirements and best practices.

Ability to manage change and integrate new procedures into existing workflows.

Strong collaboration skills to work with external stakeholders and develop operational plans.

Ability to provide project support for ad-hoc tasks aligned with crisis strategy.

Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, or a diploma with at least 6 years of work experience.
