Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software application support to end users
• Maintain and support network and server infrastructure
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint
• Manage data protection using NAS backup solutions and Acronis Cloud Backup
• Diagnose and resolve network, server, and security‑related issues
• Participate in IT projects and infrastructure upgrade initiatives
• Assist with IT‑related audits and compliance activities

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in server maintenance and support, application support, network infrastructure management, firewall configuration, cloud backup solutions, VMware, VPN maintenance, SD‑WAN, Layer 3 switches, and load balancing/failover
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in server administration and cybersecurity‑related support
• Proven experience in Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and server/network security
• Working knowledge of Linux, MS SQL, or other database systems
• Experience providing remote support using TeamViewer or similar tools
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with first‑level ERP system support is an added advantage
• Experience in end user environment

5 days work week - Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

There are company transport provided at Clementi MRT station
