Job description

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in the use of all machine tools and to carry out the basic repair and maintenance of machines and associated tooling.
• To machine parts as per specifications on drawings or as instructed by the Supervisor.
• To work in orderly fashion keeping benches, work areas and machines tidy and cleaning up each area after use.
• Fill in job routing card on every job assigned to operator.
• Willing to carry out adhoc duties on other areas of production as instructed per supervisor should the need arise.

• Deadline driven with the ability to work under pressure; 4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule; able to work long hours and late in evenings and weekends
