A financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a Middle Office Support professional to oversee client information input and ensure database integrity. The role includes compliance support with KYC matters and collaboration with front office teams. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Job Purpose Summary:
To provide middle office support within the following areas:
Job Scope/Responsibilities:
1. To act as a gatekeeper with day-to-day oversight of system software (Viewpoint, CLMi and related database tools), including but not limited to:
2. To support Compliance function with the following matters relating but not limited to:
3. To support and liaise with all front office teams and external contacts in matters relating to but not limited to general corporate support.
4. Assist with other administrative works and ad hoc duties/projects assigned as assigned by management/manager.
