Job Purpose Summary:

To provide middle office support within the following areas:

  • oversee input of client information and integrity of the database systems (Viewpoint)
  • general day to day support for front office
  • assist compliance with KYC matters, relating to client information and the database systems, and ongoing compliance checks like name screening
Job Scope/Responsibilities

Job Scope/Responsibilities:

1. To act as a gatekeeper with day-to-day oversight of system software (Viewpoint, CLMi and related database tools), including but not limited to:

  • Inputting and extracting data/documents timely and accurately
  • Apply basic analytical reasoning to identify irregularities in the data and have these irregularities resolved
  • Attend to queries relating to system software
  • Generate reports for various teams upon request
  • Monitoring adherence to data/document management policy and procedures, recording and remediation of information in database systems.
  • Assist with adhoc projects assigned by the Head of Department

2. To support Compliance function with the following matters relating but not limited to:

  • Ensure that all KYC documents are properly certified and completed based on Compliance policy/procedure
  • Perform name screening via World Check and Google Searches on clients

3. To support and liaise with all front office teams and external contacts in matters relating to but not limited to general corporate support.

4. Assist with other administrative works and ad hoc duties/projects assigned as assigned by management/manager.

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates and those with no prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided (experience is a plus)
