Exiand is a Singapore-headquartered, multinational Managed Service and Cybersecurity Provider with operations across multiple regions. We are a technology-first company, built by engineers, for engineers.
We are not driven by accounting spreadsheets or sales quotas — we are driven by engineering quality, technical curiosity, and doing things properly. We believe great outcomes come from understanding systems deeply, designing them well, and continuously improving them.
At Exiand, technology is not just a job — it’s something we genuinely enjoy. We value people who like to ask why, who want to understand how things really work, and who take pride in building reliable, secure systems.

If you’re looking for a place where:
Engineering judgement matters
Learning is encouraged
Initiative is valued over hierarchy
Culture and trust matter more than buzzwords
…then Exiand may be the right fit.
