Job description

Provide administrative support for residency programs and faculty activities. Ensure smooth onboarding, accurate record-keeping, and efficient coordination of training, events, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residency program activities, events, and operations
  • Handle resident onboarding: training agreements, IT/clinical access, staff IDs, name tags
  • Maintain accurate resident and faculty records (rotations, leave, duty hours, CME attendance, scholarly activities)
  • Process and track personal training fund and conference applications for doctors
  • Compile reports on training milestones and peer review learning
  • Attend to stakeholder enquiries regarding resident deployment and program administration
  • Assist in other ad hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Medical/Health Sciences, or related fields
  • 1–3 years experience in hospital administration, medical affairs, or training coordination
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
