Key Job Purpose

• Assist in full video production process, mainly on storyboarding and filming


• Administering of Sysmex Academy Online portal

Job Responsibilities

• Highly versed in assembling, operating, and maintaining cameras, lights, microphones, relevant production grip equipment and cellular live streaming gear and other technologies (if required)


• Manage video shootings / photography for all CAO online training


• Assist trainers where required in the preparation of equipment and facilities for shooting


• Design and develop instructional materials, including storyboards, e-learning modules, learner guides, and assessments


• Collaborate with trainers and other stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy


• Evaluate and revise content based on feedback and learning outcomes


• Maintain and update the local domain of CAO (customer online learning portal)


• Any other additional related responsibilities and project as required by Superior

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Film, Media or equivalent


• 2 – 3 years’ experience in video filming


• Possess relevant technical skills especially in video production


• Self-motivated, responsible, work well independently and in multi-disciplinary teams


• Experience in storyboarding techniques to map out content structure, interactions, and visuals before development


• Experience in use of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate)
