A prominent tech firm is seeking a Public Relations professional in Singapore to excel in building media relationships, executing PR initiatives, and managing the company's online reputation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Public Relations or media relations, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with media outlets, editors, and Public Relations agencies.
Act as the primary contact for media inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Maintain updated media lists and partnership evaluation records.
Plan and execute Public Relations campaigns, press releases, media interviews, and corporate communication initiatives.
Produce high-quality English materials including press releases, statements, speeches, talking points, and Q&A.
Ensure all Public Relations content aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
Track and analyze media performance using key metrics such as reach, impressions, sentiment, and conversion impact.
Develop Public Relations performance dashboards and contribute to monthly reporting.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous Public Relations optimization.
Monitor brand mentions, discussions, sentiment, and emerging topics across major forums (e.g., Reddit, local trading forums, Quora).
Tag, classify, and analyze forum data for internal reporting and trend detection.
Identify early-warning signals related to Public Relations or compliance risks and elevate accordingly.
Manage and monitor the company’s reputation on key review platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to address negative reviews professionally and compliantly.
Track review trends, identify root issues, and recommend improvement actions.
Support initiatives aimed at improving review health and increasing positive user sentiment.
Identify potential media, Public Relations, and forum partners and initiate collaboration discussions.
Lead negotiations involving pricing, deliverables, KPIs, and contract terms.
Evaluate partner performance based on measurable brand and business impact.
Stay updated on industry developments, competitor Public Relations movements, and media landscape changes.
Support the drafting of crisis communication materials and rapid-response messaging when required.
Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and passion for partner engagement.
3 years plus experience in Public Relations, media relations, or corporate communications.
Solid understanding of media KPIs, forum monitoring, and social listening methodologies.
Strong judgment, negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage projects.
Experience in Forex/CFD, trading, fintech, brokerage, or financial services industries.
Familiarity with ORM tools, social listening systems, or sentiment analysis tools.
Existing media or forum community networks globally.
