Overview

[Med Device Plant Expansion/ Start Jan 2026] 1 Yr Contract Senior Project & Process Analyst (Help to set up Plant / Must Know ERP Manufacturing Modules) UP 9K @ Changi @HJC

Responsibilities

• Leads efforts to reengineer and optimize business processes and systems by assessing business needs and developing, proposing and implementing technology solutions. Operates as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business processes in the assigned area of responsibility.
• Leads, identifies, designs, and implements systems and enhancements to meet business process requirements.
• Leads and manages project deliverables in coordination with various team members.
• Configures and tests systems to verify features, integrations, and reporting.
• Serves as a liaison between business process owners, Functional Groups, Regions. Enables super-users (by training and performing knowledge transfer) to build knowledgeable partners for effective collaboration on systems for business process automation and optimization

Qualifications

• Min Degree in any course
• Must Have: Must have ERP experience in manufacturing module.
• Substantial understanding and knowledge of enterprise information systems such as ERP (such as JDE, SAP etc), MES (such as CAMSTAR etc), SCADA (such as Aveva etc), LIMS (such as Labware etc), Calibration and Maintenance (such as Maximo etc) preferred
• Strong experience in Manufacturing and Quality systems (ERP, MES, Labeling) implementation and support
