This role is a key pillar of support for our Business Development team, working closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical liaison between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring alignment on specifications, drawings, and costing.
• Manage sourcing and supplier selection, including initial surveys, qualification, and risk assessments of new vendors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and centralised storage of technical and supplier information.
• Support tender compliance by collaborating with vendors and leveraging internal databases.
• Participate in sales kick-off meetings, ensuring procurement aligns with customer requirements.
• Issue purchase orders, review supplier invoices, and coordinate payment verifications.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections and oversee proper handover to the logistics team for timely delivery.
