We are seeking a talented and dynamic Mechanical Engineer to join our growing family in Singapore. This role is a key pillar of support for our Business Development team, working closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. You will receive guidance and mentorship from senior colleagues as you build your expertise and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical liaison between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring alignment on specifications, drawings, and costing.
  • Manage sourcing and supplier selection, including initial surveys, qualification, and risk assessments of new vendors.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and centralised storage of technical and supplier information.
  • Support tender compliance by collaborating with vendors and leveraging internal databases.
  • Participate in sales kick-off meetings, ensuring procurement aligns with customer requirements.
  • Issue purchase orders, review supplier invoices, and coordinate payment verifications.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections and oversee proper handover to the logistics team for timely delivery.
Requirements
