Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Construction Manager (Mechanical) to manage site activities and ensure project execution. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in air conditioning and chilling systems. This position involves overseeing a team and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Construction industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in Aircon and Chiller.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure design of electrical equipment and materials submission.
• Plan project costing and master schedule.
• Determine labour requirements and material resources for construction.
• Manage site activities including installation and testing.
• Coordinate with LTA, consultant, and contractors for project execution.
• Manage a team of site engineers and supervisors.
• Support Project Manager in overseeing project execution.

Skills

Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
