Qualifications

• 7–10 years in MAS compliance and/or Singapore fund operations/VCC administration.
• Strong knowledge of MAS regulations and VCC governance.
• Experience working with external counsel and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAS compliance for CMS licensed activities.
• Maintain compliance framework, monitoring, risk assessments.
• Manage regulatory filings and liaise with MAS and service providers.
• Oversee VCC setup, governance, and statutory filings.
• Oversee fund operations including NAV oversight and reconciliations.
