A marketing firm in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive and execute strategies supporting business objectives. You'll manage digital marketing and social media, develop marketing plans, and collaborate with sales teams for effective B2B and B2C outreach. A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of product or digital marketing experience are required. Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze market trends are essential for success in this role.
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to drive and execute marketing strategies that support our business objectives. You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence, executing marketing campaigns, supporting sales, and analyzing market trends.
Work closely with brand principals to ensure we adhere to branding guidelines in our communication materials.
Develop and maintain relevancy of communication materials to portray consistent brand image.
Develop sales tools and collaterals to effectively showcase product features, advantages, and benefits (FABs).
Plan and organize seminars/roadshows/exhibitions/sales promotion.
Manage social media and digital marketing platforms, ensuring full integration with all other efforts across company’s portfolio.
Analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns for future continuous improvement.
Plan content strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Develop and execute e-commerce strategy via e-shop, common e-commerce channels to support changing business environment.
Develop marketing plans and programmes aligned with business objectives to drive sales growth.
Execute marketing initiatives and monitor their impact.
Manage Advertising & Promotion (A&P) funds efficiently to maximise ROI.
Track post-promotion marketing results.
Collaborate with sales teams to design targeted marketing programmes for B2B and B2C markets.
Provide sales support through marketing collaterals and ensure alignment with partner branding efforts.
Stay updated and close familiarity with changing market conditions & competitive dynamics through regular contact with key & potential customers and market studies.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to inform strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in product or digital marketing.
Strong communication and writing skills.
