We are looking for a passionate and proactive Marketing & Sales Support Executive to be the voice of our mission and the engine behind our growth.

The Role

In this pivotal role, you will bridge our social mission with market success. You will develop and execute strategies that raise our profile, connect with our audience, and drive sales—ensuring our sustainable growth and continued social impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, track competitor activity, and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Content & Campaign Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials (e.g., brochures, newsletters, presentations) and manage engaging content across our social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Lead Generation & Sales Support: Actively generate qualified sales leads and support the sales team in nurturing client relationships and closing opportunities.
• Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring advertising campaigns across various online and offline channels.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive strategy and provide regular performance reports to management.

• A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, English Language/Literature, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
