Job summary

A leading marketing firm in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Support Specialist to manage the company’s digital presence and assist with marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include handling the website, creating sales messages, and executing digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness. Ideal candidates will have a Graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing, strong communication skills, and relevant IT skills in social media management. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company’s website, and social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu sites
• Assist in creating the sales message of the company and send the newsletters, promotional information to prospective clients
• Update of products price list, brochure and new products arrival notice to all customers through different channels
• Develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms to create brand awareness and enhance social media presence for the group brands
• Responsible for creative content writing for marketing and promotional materials
• Plan and coordination of advertising
• Support management to maintain company profitability
• Proficiency with computers, strong organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Research market/industry/competitor information for marketing and idea development
• Assist in office administrative tasks
• Ad-hoc sales support as and when necessary

Requirements

• Singaporean/PR only
• Preferred candidates with graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing, E-Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
• Possess relevant IT skills (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Social Media channels)
• Preferred with Photo and Video editing knowledges
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients (90% Chinese Speaking Contractor)
• Independent, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in Marketing Support or equivalent
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period preferred

• Office Location: 141 Woodlands Industrial Park E 5, Woodland E-Terrace Singapore 757507.
• Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (8:30am to 6:00pm)
