Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with new and existing clients via phone, chat, and email to identify business opportunities and propose optimal solutions
• Manage an SMB (Small and Medium Business) client portfolio, driving product adoption and revenue growth
• Provide pre- and post-sales product support within your area of expertise
• Stay up to date with advertising solution trends and resolve issues as a subject matter expert
• Create success stories and support quality management tasks based on product usage experience and advertiser feedback

Job Requirements

• Strong communication skills
