Role Overview
The Marketing & PR Manager will lead brand strategy, communications, and partnership development for 33Club and its related entities. This role focuses on building strong visibility in the HNW ecosystem, crafting compelling brand narratives, driving media exposure, securing luxury brand collaborations, and marketing our premium private meeting rooms to potential sponsors.
You will play a key role in shaping how 33Club is perceived by influential audiences, luxury partners, and the broader business community.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Positioning & Strategy
·Develop and articulate a unified brand positioning for 33Club and its group of companies.
·Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, touchpoints, and campaigns.
·Develop high-impact marketing assets that reflect the luxury, exclusivity, and sophistication of the brand.
- Media Relations & Publicity
·Secure features and interviews in top HNW magazines, business publications, and online platforms.
·Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, and media partners.
·Create press releases, media kits, story angles, and PR campaigns that boost brand authority.
- Luxury Brand & Corporate Partnerships
·Identify, pitch, and secure brand-to-brand collaborations with premium and luxury brands (e.g., Porsche × Boss style partnerships).
·Design co-branded events, programs, and content that enhance brand equity and member value.
·Drive sponsorship opportunities for 33Club’s private meeting rooms by positioning them as exclusive branded spaces.
- Member Acquisition & Community Growth
·Develop targeted marketing campaigns to attract HNW individuals and business leaders.
·Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling membership value propositions tied to 33Club’s 6 Pillars of Wealth.
·Manage digital marketing funnels, lead‑generation strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Events, Activations & Experience Marketing
· Develop high-touchpoint events with luxury partners to engage prospects and elevate brand prestige.
·Oversee event communications, guest experience, and post‑event publicity.
- Digital Marketing & Content Leadership
·Drive social media strategy and content direction consistent with HNW market expectations.
·Oversee website updates, SEO, email marketing, and editorial calendars.
·Protect digital brand aesthetics and voice across all channels.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in luxury marketing, PR, or brand management.
- Proven track record securing media coverage and luxury brand partnerships.
- Strong network within lifestyle, business, and HNW media preferred.
- Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and influence HNW audiences.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
