Salary Range: SGD5,000 – 7,000/month (Commensurate with experience)
Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and execution-focused Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will take ownership of our existing marketing strategies and content ecosystem, leading day-to-day implementation and amplifying the Group’s brand presence across Singapore, Malaysia, China (Suzhou), and Germany.
You will play a key role in driving visibility, executing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English and Mandarin), detail-oriented, and capable of managing both online and offline content with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of FOZL’s existing integrated marketing strategies across both digital and offline channels, ensuring continuity and quality
- Oversee social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and maintain a consistent publishing rhythm in line with the current brand direction
- Take charge of content production workflows, including copywriting, visual direction, video production coordination, and creative asset delivery
- Maintain and improve the group’s structured content calendar, aligning campaigns with business goals and market needs
- Coordinate and supervise marketing activities across Singapore, Malaysia, China, and Germany, ensuring regional alignment
- Support the execution of corporate events, client engagements, partnerships, and internal branding initiatives
- Monitor marketing performance using defined KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest refinements based on analytics
- Safeguard brand consistency and ensure that all content and campaigns reflect FOZL’s tone, values, and professional service positioning
- Manage marketing collaterals including brochures, newsletters, EDMs, event kits, and presentation decks
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing tasks
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by management
- Report directly to the Group Director
Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, content management, or digital communications, with at least 2 years in managerial role; prior work in accounting, consulting, or professional services is a plus
- Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin, especially for content writing and client-facing communication
- Strong familiarity with digital platforms, campaign scheduling, and marketing operations
- Proficiency with content tools
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to execute and follow through
- Clear communicator with a positive, self-driven attitude and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with paid media (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) or basic analytics tools is an advantage
- Able to take over and enhance existing content systems and processes confidently, without needing to start from scratch
