A leading marketing firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, with a proven track record of at least 5 years in a similar role. Strong analytical skills and campaign management experience are essential. The role requires working 5.5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Manage brand positioning, messaging, and campaigns across online and offline channels
Plan and oversee digital, content, social media, email, and traditional marketing efforts
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI
Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to support business objectives
Oversee external vendors, agencies, and partners
Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Marketing Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
5.5 workdays a week
Able to work during weekends and public holidays
