Job Scope: Marketing Manager
Content Creation & Branding
  • Produce, direct, and shoot high-quality photos and videos for digital and offline channels.
  • Conceptualize and create trendy, fun, and engaging social media content that resonates with target audiences (Gen Z, Millennials, and corporate clients).
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, storytelling, and aesthetics across all platforms.
Social Media & Campaigns
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement, track performance, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, viral formats, and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and ahead of competitors.
Partnerships & Collaborations
  • Identify and work with strategic partners (influencers, brands, F&B collaborators, lifestyle platforms, etc.) for co-branding and cross-promotion opportunities.
  • Lead collaborations for new product launches, from ideation and planning to execution and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Product Launch & Marketing Strategy
  • Coordinate end-to-end launch marketing for new products, ensuring alignment between creative, sales, and operations teams.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies that build excitement, drive awareness, and boost conversions.
  • Craft engaging product narratives and promotional assets for both online and offline campaigns.
Performance & Growth
  • Analyze campaign metrics, sales performance, and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Manage budgets effectively to deliver high ROI.
  • Contribute ideas to grow brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
