Job Description

  • Oversee all marketing functions for Avatr brand.
  • Identify, initiate and lead all tactical, offline and digital promotions and campaigns.
  • Manage and integrate full marketing mix: ATL, BTL and promotions, media buying, CRM, corporate sales, event management, digital marketing to constantly create demand for car sales and grow market share and volume for the company & brand.
  • Evaluate, lead and execute all sponsorships, tie-ups and purchase of lucky draw cars for companies and campaigns.
  • Forge affiliations and partnerships with external companies to build database for corporate sales, collaborations and to increase sales prospects.
  • Establish positive relationships with customers and external vendors to achieve brand loyalty and provide marketing and event support.
  • Manage and create all retail collaterals (including brochures, specs sheets) times and marketing budget to maximise sales and minimise costs, increasing ROI.
  • Ensure corporate identity guidelines of the brand across all areas of marketing communications are adhered to.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned.

Qualifications and job requirements

  • Degree in Marketing / Communications or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 4-5 years within an automotive dealership or a similar industry is preferred.
  • Excellent team player with strong leadership qualities.
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
