Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager with strong execution skills and sound creative judgment to support brand, content, and campaign activities across multiple business units.

This role suits someone who understands how marketing assets are created, can step in to execute when needed, and can confidently manage and direct designers, videographers, and external agencies. A strong portfolio demonstrating clear thinking, structure, and creative sensitivity is essential. This is a Work from Home (WFH) or Hybrid on-site as required for specific projects.

Key Responsibilities
Brand & Messaging
  • Translate business goals into clear, customer-focused messaging

  • Ensure consistency across brand visuals, tone, and materials

  • Apply brand guidelines with practical, commercial judgment

Content, Design & Art Direction
  • Lead the creation of marketing materials, including:

    • Sales decks and presentations

    • Brochures and one-pagers

    • Case studies and application stories

    • Website and landing page content

  • Provide clear creative briefs and art direction to designers and agencies

  • Review and refine creative work to ensure clarity, quality, and consistency

  • Make basic edits or adaptations when timelines require

Video & Visual Content
  • Plan and guide video content for marketing, sales, and digital platforms

  • Provide direction on scripts, structure, and visual storytelling

  • Coordinate videographers and external partners

  • Ensure final content suits the platform, audience, and business objectives

Campaign & Digital Marketing
  • Support and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Email marketing, Website & Industry events and trade shows

  • Coordinate campaign rollouts with internal teams and agencies

  • Track and review campaign performance at a practical level

Sales Enablement
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and objections

  • Deliver clear, sales-ready marketing materials

  • Maintain and update assets that support the sales funnel

Agency & Marketing Operations
  • Brief, manage, and review external agencies and vendors

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality control

  • Organise marketing assets, documentation, and workflows

  • Provide clear progress updates to management

What Success Looks Like
  • Marketing materials are clear, consistent, and actively used by sales

  • Creative outputs are well-directed and require minimal rework

  • Campaigns are delivered smoothly and on schedule

  • Agencies and vendors are managed effectively

  • Marketing execution is structured, practical, and commercially focused

Requirements
Experience
  • 4–8 years of marketing experience

  • Background in B2B, technology, industrial, sustainability, or related sectors preferred

  • Proven experience managing creative work across design, video, and digital channels

Creative & Digital Skills
  • Strong creative judgment and visual sensitivity, shown through a portfolio

  • Ability to execute basic marketing materials when needed

  • Experience providing art direction to designers and videographers

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and website content

Tools & Platforms (Working Knowledge)
  • PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, or similar tools

  • Video workflows and formats (experience with CapCut or Adobe Premiere is a plus)

  • CRM or marketing platforms such as HubSpot

  • Basic analytics and performance tracking
