We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead brand development, marketing execution, and customer engagement initiatives within the automotive sector. This role works closely with Sales to strengthen market presence, support revenue growth, and enhance overall customer experience.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
Oversee digital marketing, events, roadshows, promotions, and media activities.
Ensure marketing materials and communication remain aligned with brand guidelines and market positioning.
Conduct market research on customer trends, competitor pricing, product offerings, and demand patterns.
Translate insights into effective product positioning, marketing strategies, and sales support initiatives.
Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.
Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and analytics for management review.
Track campaign results and recommend improvements.
Partner with Sales to support retail promotions, commercial initiatives, and new product launches.
Provide marketing support for partner and dealer communications.
Align COE-related communication and market messaging with sales requirements.
Monitor stock levels, product lifecycle, and potential slow-moving items for promotional planning.
Coordinate distribution and launch timelines with relevant stakeholders.
Support HR and internal teams with product and sales training when required.
Review customer feedback and enhance marketing touchpoints and customer experience.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in automotive, retail, or fast-moving consumer sectors.
Strong analytical skills with a keen sense of branding and customer engagement.
Experience managing campaigns, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
