Key Responsibilities
Content Design & Creation
- Design and create visually appealing, on-brand digital and print content for store use (e.g., in-store digital screens, local social media posts and point-of-sale materials).
- Develop and manage a content calendar for local marketing initiatives that supports new product launches, seasonal promotions, and community engagement goals.
Store Marketing & Promotions Execution
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of store marketing promotions, from print and placement to briefing and launch.
- Develop clear communication plans and "how-to" guides for store teams to ensure promotional excellence and consistent customer experience.
- Monitor promotion performance at the store level, gathering real-time feedback from store managers and customers to identify successes and areas for improvement.
Store Partnership & Support
- Act as the marketing point-of-contact for store managers, building strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and store managers.
- Proactively partner with store teams to understand their store challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborate with store managers to develop and execute local marketing plans within their trade area that drive traffic
Customer Issue Resolution
- Serve as an escalation point for marketing-related customer feedback, including concerns about promotions, pricing, advertising, or app-based offers.
- Investigate customers’ concerns with empathy and efficiency, coordinating cross-functionally to find a satisfactory resolution.
- Protect and enhance the Tim Hortons brand by ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and align with our brand values.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with strong practical experience in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut etc.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and go-to market strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in F&B marketing.
