We are a modern dental clinic passionate about delivering quality care and creating a positive experience for our patients. As part of our growth, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can contribute both to our front‑desk operations and to building our online presence through creative marketing.

We are located in Wheelock Place, Orchard Road.

Role Overview

This is a dual‑role position that combines digital marketing responsibilities (70%) with patient‑facing receptionist duties (30%). You will be the creative force behind our clinic’s social media presence while also ensuring patients feel welcomed and cared for when they visit us.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and grow the clinic’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu).
• Create engaging content, campaigns, and posts to build brand awareness and patient engagement.
• Monitor analytics and suggest improvements to increase reach and conversions.
• Coordinate and design marketing collateral (brochures, posters, patient materials).
• Support marketing initiatives such as promotions, events, or collaborations.

Reception & Front Desk Duties

• Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
• Manage appointment scheduling, phone calls, and patient inquiries.
• Process payments, billing, and administrative paperwork.
• Ensure smooth day‑to‑day front‑desk operations on assigned days.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in social media management and/or marketing is an advantage.
• Good design sense and familiarity with Canva/Photoshop or similar tools.
• Friendly, well‑spoken, and professional with strong interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to multi‑task across marketing and reception duties.
• Previous experience in dental/medical reception is an advantage but not required (training provided).
