Job description
Job Summary

We are seeking a talented, self‑motivated Marketing Executive who will be responsible for marketing PBA’s product portfolio across regional markets. The individual will be executing marketing plans under the strategic directions of the global marketing manager in external strategic marketing communications.

As the Marketing Executive, you will be the regional marketing project manager of assigned country and provide sales required marketing supports including marketing materials productions, trade show organizations, event coordination, channel and partner promotions, digital marketing campaign executions and press release handling. Training would be provided for those with good marketing potentials and language abilities but are less experienced.

You will be part of a global marketing team, working together with colleagues from our headquarters in Singapore, driving the execution of the overall marketing plan, focusing on marketing and communications activities for all PBA Group Companies.

Job Responsibilities
Regional Product Marketing Management

1. As SEA marketing project manager – in charge of all SEA regional sales promotion support and the coordination with new product development teams to develop new product promotion tools.

2. Conduct market research – understand market and industry trends and compare competitive product advantages to our own positioning niches in market for external communication use.

3. Assists in the creation of New Product Information flyer for quick sell sales tool of new products, and the creation of product catalogues and brochures. Handle marketing material translations and production, proofreading of artwork, vendors management, etc.

4. Support regional website content update, new website production.

5. Headquarter show room management with product engineers and outside vendors.

6. Social media content management and press release content creation.

7. Product video production content management for designer production.

Campaigns and Promotion Event Management

1. Annual marketing budget planning support to supervisor & executions of annual regional plan.

2. Organise, coordinate, and execute all PBA Group companies’ promotion requirements.

3. Act as trade show booth manager, perform registration of trade show booths, manage booth design vendors, coordinate exhibition demo products with internal team.

4. Plan and execute strategic digital marketing and manage product or company press releases.

5. Cross country marketing project support and presentation creations for sales, or as assigned by supervisor and management.

6. Assist function team to set up regional media contact list and vendor support lists, for public relation press release purposes and marketing vendor management.

7. Project duties as assigned by supervisor.

People Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related disciplines with language building skills.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, in fields of marketing research, trade shows, advertising or new media industries. Technical product marketing experience would be a plus.
  • Good logical reasoning ability with creative mindset, and willing to learn new skills.
  • Comfortable to work collaboratively with cross country marketing teams.
  • Digital marketing campaigns or trade show management experience would be a plus.
  • Website content or social media writing experience would be a plus.
  • Able to handle project management independently.
  • Great collaborative skills and team player approach.
  • Trade show or PR event experience would be a plus.
  • Bilingual writing ability would be a plus.
  • Highly self‑motivated, accountable, proactive and thoughtful with high attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and achieve results under time pressure.
  • Adaptability and openness, if not the experience, to work in a fast‑paced, agile and startup‑like working process, and has demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply problem‑solving skills in a dynamic environment would be most preferred.
