Job summary

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Drive campaign management from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Help execute brand and retail campaigns both online and offline across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and in‑store promotions with internal teams and vendors.
  • Work with KOLs, influencers, and brand partners.
  • Track campaign results, prepare basic reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with market and consumer trends and suggest new ideas.
What’s the skill required?
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience in retail or similar (a plus).
  • Curious, proactive, and adaptable, with a positive, energetic, go‑getter attitude toward driving impactful campaigns and marketing results.
  • Interested in marketing and social media, comfortable handling campaigns and platforms.
  • Good with numbers and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with tools like Canva or CapCut is an advantage.
  • Strong command of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in English & Chinese language.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks independently.
