Position: Contract Executive – Corporate Communications (6 Months)

Contract Period: Immediate start until 30 January 2026 (approx. 6 months) – maternity cover, not convertible to permanent

Location: Bukit Batok

Salary: $3,200 – $3,500 (negotiable)

Working Hours (Excluding Public Holidays):

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Summary

Support the Corporate Communications & Partnerships Department in marketing communications, event planning, project management, and performance tracking functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing communication strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Create content for both online and offline platforms (EDMs, posters, newsletters, brochures, social media posts)
• Enhance visibility and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Draft speeches, messages, and newsletters for internal communications, including townhalls
• Manage media relations: media monitoring, press releases, and press event coordination
• Maintain and update website content; monitor SEO trends and refine strategies for better online reach
• Use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and refine marketing strategies
• Prepare reports, statistics, and presentations on communication outcomes
• Support hospital-wide events, including campaigns, fundraisers, and stakeholder engagements
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and participate in committees or strategic task forces
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in communications or marketing; healthcare or charity sector experience preferred
