A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Executive in Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels to enhance brand visibility. This role includes managing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and conducting market research to support strategies. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Communications and be proficient in creative tools like Canva and DaVinci Resolve. The position offers a competitive salary and flexible working hours.
Company bus available at 8.00am from Tuas Crescent MRT (Exit B bus stop)
5-day work week (Monday – Friday); 8.30am – 5.30pm
Basic salary up to S$2,800 (commensurate with experience)
S$60 mobile allowance
Variable bonus (up to 3 months, subject to performance)
Annual Flexi Dollars: S$800
Plan and implement marketing strategies across digital, offline, and social media platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Manage assigned marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, tracking, and ROI reporting
Strategise and create engaging content for social media platforms, including copywriting and creative design
Produce and edit marketing materials such as photography, GIFs, short videos, stickers, and stories (live and scheduled posts)
Conduct filming and editing of short-form video content
Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including engaging customers, responding to enquiries or complaints, and promoting company initiatives
Conduct research on market trends, opportunities, competitors, and target customer profiles to support marketing strategies
Collaborate closely with the Sales Department and Group Marketing Department to conceptualise and manage events
Prepare detailed event proposals including objectives, timelines, locations, stakeholders, and budget recommendations
Oversee event execution, including budgeting, registration, coordination, and on-site operations
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing and event initiatives
Support ad hoc projects and marketing initiatives as required
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Passionate and knowledgeable about social media platforms and digital marketing trends
Proficient in creative tools such as Canva and DaVinci Resolve (or similar software)
