About the job
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various marketing activities, including campaign management, content creation, and market intelligence gathering. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, communicate effectively across diverse teams, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy to meeting marketing KPIs. This is a 5.5 working day role.
What will you do
- Content Creation
Develop and adapt engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Ensure all content aligns with marketing guidelines and messaging.
- Campaign Management
Manage and optimize digital platforms in executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various functions (email marketing, social media, search engine, leads management etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization across different marketing platforms.
- Market Intelligence
Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Gather and analyze data from various marketing sources to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Gather reports and presentations on market insights and campaign performance.
- Administrative Support
Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the sales and marketing team.
Any other assignments by Marketing management.
What do we expect
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or a related role.
- Marketing certifications from Google, Meta/Facebook, HubSpot, etc will be a huge plus
- Tech savvy and resourceful,with a positive can-do attitude
- Understand the consumer market, in particular the interior design/furnishing industry
- Strong sense of responsibility to accomplish task within deadline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English and Chinese/Mandarin is required
Preferred skills
- Storytelling and video-editing skills to craft compelling targeted contents.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., WordPress, Canva, HubSpot, social media platforms).
