Job summary

A dynamic interior design firm in Singapore is seeking an individual to conduct research, manage client relationships, and lead a team. Candidates should have at least a diploma or degree and 2 years of relevant experience in the interior design industry. Strong Microsoft Office skills and excellent communication abilities are essential. The role includes achieving sales targets and ensuring timely proposal submissions. Open only to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.

Job description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To conduct research and obtain leads for organisation
  • Cold calls to potential client and follow up
  • To lead the team to obtain requirements, design brief and all required information and manage client expectation
  • Plan timelines to meet deadline
  • Ensure proper communication with team for preparation of required proposal including cost to ensure proper and timely submission
  • Maintain relationship with client, customer retention
  • Collate materials for presentation to client
  • Arrange for mock up/samples to client
  • Develop and upkeep marketing collaterals
  • Achieve assigned sales targets
  • Other duties which may be assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
  • Min Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • >> 2 years relevant working experience in interior design industry
  • Microsoft office skills – Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft excel etc.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Positive mindset with “can do attitude”
  • Dynamic, proactive, resourceful and meticulous
