Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven Marketing Director to lead our men’s fashion retail brand into the next era of digital engagement and customer-centric growth. This leader will design and execute innovative marketing strategies that leverage data analytics, personalization, and multi-channel digital campaigns to build lasting customer relationships and drive brand engagement-not just sales. The ideal candidate thrives in today’s complex marketing landscape, understands evolving customer needs, and is passionate about creating tailored experiences across social media, email, content, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee the execution of a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and resonates with men’s fashion consumers, focusing on brand positioning, seasonal campaigns, and customer engagement.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, content marketing, and ecommerce), ensuring a seamless and unified customer journey.
  • Analyse customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for targeted engagement, leveraging first-party and zero-party data to inform strategy and enhance personalization while maintaining data privacy standards.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, merchandising, product, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated campaign execution.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, using analytics to optimize marketing initiatives and maximize ROI.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels and campaigns.
  • Champion the brand’s voice and image, ensuring consistency and relevancy across all touchpoints while adapting to local and international market dynamics.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing innovations, emerging platforms, and best practices in the fashion retail sector to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong background in digital, data-driven, and omnichannel strategies-ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, personalized marketing campaigns that drive engagement and build customer loyalty.
  • Deep expertise in marketing analytics, CRM, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Salesforce).
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging digital channels, customer journey mapping, and content marketing best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative, curious, and highly attuned to trends in men’s fashion and digital consumer behaviour.
