Location: Central Singapore
Up to $4,000/month
5 days work week (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute integrated marketing and communications plans, coordinating timelines, assets, approvals, and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Develop, edit, and proof high-quality content for marketing materials, publications, digital platforms, media outreach, and internal communications.
  • Manage editorial calendars, copy flow, production processes, and uphold brand guidelines while maintaining a central asset library.
  • Support sponsorship and advertising initiatives, including inventory tracking, entitlements, and presentation materials.
  • Assist with event planning and on-site execution, creating event communications and gathering feedback to improve future activities.
  • Maintain and update website, social media, and mobile app content, partnering with IT on minor enhancements.
  • Contribute to CSR and sustainability communications.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong marketing, branding, and content development skills across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Capable of coordinating campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to use digital tools, track performance metrics, and produce basic reports; design skills are advantageous.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and communicative, with willingness to support events or tasks outside regular hours.
