We are seeking a strategic and experienced Campaign Marketing Manager to join SPH Media’s Audience Marketing team. This role will focus on driving growth among local and international business audiences across all SPH’s content products and brands.
You will drive the planning and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that strengthen SPH Media’s positioning as the region’s most trusted news media company. Working closely with editorial, creative, communications, and performance teams, you will translate editorial and commercial priorities into integrated campaigns that grow brand visibility, audience engagement, and subscriber conversion across multiple markets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Campaign Leadership
- Lead the strategy and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting business audiences in Singapore, regional, and international markets across SPH’s portfolio (ST, BT, ZB, BH, TM and other news products).
- Define campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs that balance brand growth with subscription and commercial performance.
- Ensure campaigns are integrated across paid, owned, and earned channels to maximize impact.
Content & Audience Marketing
- Collaborate with newsroom teams to identify strategic content, narratives, consumer moments, and thought‑leadership opportunities that drive brand awareness and reinforce SPH Media’s business value propositions.
- Identify and orchestrate the full‑funnel audience journey (awareness → engagement → conversion) to expand SPH Media’s business audience base across local and international markets.
Performance & Insights
- Define campaign success metrics and ensure alignment with business and growth objectives (reach and subscription)
- Identify the most effective marketing channels and strategies to engage business audiences across local and international markets.
- Oversee ongoing monitoring, analysis, and review of campaign performance, ensuring results are measured against KPIs and ROI.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies, driving continuous improvement in targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Partner with creative, performance marketing, newsroom teams and agency partners to ensure best‑in‑class execution.
- Able to connect the dots and bring clarity to all stakeholders to drive a unified campaign for best efficiency
- Manage cross‑functional relationships with senior editorial leaders, commercial stakeholders, and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in consumer, business, or content marketing, preferably within media, consumer brands or tech companies
- Proven experience designing campaigns for media or consumer brands (local and/or global).
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels (social, search, content, PR, paid media) and how to localize campaigns for different markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills; comfortable working with senior editorial and commercial leaders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects independently and on time delivery
