We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is able to:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase customer traffic, brand visibility, and sales.
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Plan seasonal campaigns, promotions, and special events for the bistro.
  • Maintain and enhance the bistro’s brand image across all platforms.
  • Create marketing content including posters, menus, social media posts, videos, and advertisements.
  • Oversee photography and visual assets for food, drinks, and events.
  • Manage the bistro’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business, etc.).
  • Plan and schedule postings, reels, customer engagement activities, and live streams.
  • Run paid online ads (Facebook Ads / Google Ads) to promote products and events.
  • Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback professionally.
  • Plan promotions, bundle deals, and loyalty programs to increase revenue.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure promotions are executed smoothly.
  • Track performance of promotions, analyse results, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage marketing budget and optimise cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, campaign results, and customer growth.
  • Provide recommendations to management based on data.
