Job description

Manufacturing Manager

The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production, quality control, cost management, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and delivery timelines
• Develop and implement production schedules to optimize workflow and resource utilization
• Manage and lead production teams, including workforce planning, task allocation, and performance evaluation
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO, HACCP, GMP where applicable)
• Monitor production costs, minimize waste, and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth supply chain and inventory control
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare operational reports and provide management with performance analysis
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly
• Ensure machinery, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and operated safely
