This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a young and innovative environment, combining technical expertise with hands‑on experience onboard vessels calling Singapore utilising our cutting‑edge AI technology.

Full onboarding and training will be provided, with guidance from experienced mentors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct installation, crew training, and testing of Captain's Eye systems onboard vessels calling Singapore.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure optimal functionality of the Captain's Eye systems.
• Handle inventory and HW orders.
• Lead the field engineers to ensure peak delivery and performance.
• Configure and test systems in house prior to deployment.
• Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate self‑learning capabilities.
• Think outside the box to address challenges and adapt to changing requirements.
