Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Maritime Studies, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or crewing in the maritime industry.
• Knowledge of international maritime regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and implementing Marine HR strategic initiatives.
• Support and oversee crew welfare programs and initiatives.
• Prepare and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
