A leading logistics firm in Singapore is looking for a Spares Coordinator (Marine Logistics) to manage the import and export of ship spares. You will oversee inventory, coordinate delivery with forwarders, and ensure that all operations comply with quality and safety standards. Qualifications

• Experience in marine/shipping logistics or supply coordination with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proactive and organized with the ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle import, export and off-landed ship spares from arrival to delivery.
• Maintain and update inventory list of all stored spares.
• Coordinate with forwarders on cargo clearance and delivery arrangements.
• Work with Operations Manager on vessels' ETA and delivery timing.
• Ensure timely delivery of spares in correct quantity and quality.
• Follow procedures for accurate data entry and documentation.
• Be mindful of quality, safety, and environmental policies.
