Job description

• To handle all Marine shipment Operations & enquiry
• Monitor emails, phone calls, and text messages from clients and vendors.
• Receive DO from Customer and acknowledge email Check DO for stock availability and update Customer
• Contact respective agent, exchange contact numbers and e-mails with agent Arrange to collect stock from local suppliers if needed
• Maintain Inventory for In and Out movement
• Monitor closely on Vessel arrival status and supply boat status
• Check on boat arrangement if needed Arrange transport and documents for loading
• Ensure all additional cost are updated to Customer
• Collect Vessel endorsed DO once loading is done Proper filing of all documents once job completed
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Management
