Job summary

A leading firm in the marine and offshore sector in Singapore is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to support the Senior Contracts Manager. In this role, you will provide commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle, assist procurement teams, and identify potential issues while managing claims. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree, with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in contract management, preferably in shipping or marine projects. Fluency in English and familiarity with project obligations are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in contract management, preferably in shipping or marine projects.
• Knowledge of project contractual obligations and subcontractor cost control.
• Experience managing claims and disputes.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual and commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support procurement and subcontracting to ensure compliance with contracts.
• Work with Project Managers to manage variations and verify claims.
• Identify issues and coordinate with Legal for resolutions.
