• Support management with orders and inform customers of delays.
• Ensure adequacy of sales-related equipment.
• Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
• Handle processing of all orders with accuracy.
• Establish the planning process for manufacturing based on sales forecasts.
• Oversee preparation and timely release of raw materials for production.
• Prepare monthly performance reports for management.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
