Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Lead and supervise production teams, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, efficiency, waste, and downtime.
- Implement and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Drive process improvements and cost reductions through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement, engineering, and maintenance teams for seamless production flow.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and reporting systems.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Recruit, train, and develop manufacturing staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
