Job description

Responsibilities

• Product Transition: Guide the new product from design to mass production, ensuring it can be manufactured efficiently and cost‑effectively.
• Process Development: Develop and document manufacturing processes, including writing work instructions, standard operating procedures, and technical specifications.
• Tooling & Equipment: Support the selection, design, and validation of necessary tools, fixtures, and equipment for the new product.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control plans and participate in risk assessments like FMEA to ensure new products meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Operations teams to address issues and ensure a smooth launch.
• Production Support: Oversee pilot builds, provide technical support to production, and analyze data to identify and resolve manufacturing problems during ramp‑up.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, analyze performance data, and drive ongoing optimization.
