Job summary

A reputable HR management firm in Singapore is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead line leaders and operators in achieving daily production targets while ensuring quality and safety procedures are followed. Candidates should have at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years' experience in high-tech manufacturing environments. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. This role requires a willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
