Job Responsibility

• Manage and monitor production metrics of fully automated lines to ensure operational excellence.

• Predictively identify potential production bottlenecks and implement timely corrective actions.

• Allocate and coordinate resources to achieve daily and long‑term production targets.

• Lead initiatives to enhance productivity, staff efficiency, and product quality through innovative solutions.

• Provide strategic direction and hands‑on leadership to ensure smooth fab operations under all conditions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.

• Minimum 10 years' experience in semiconductor industry with at least 5 years and above managerial experience

• Strong project management capabilities with proven track record of execution.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross‑functional teams.

• High level of self‑motivation, commitment, and problem‑solving ability.
