Provide professional manicure & pedicure nail care services (non-massage), including nail shaping, cuticle care, nail treatment, polish / gel application, and customer service while maintaining hygiene and salon standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manicure and pedicure services (non-massage): nail trimming, shaping, buffing, cuticle care.
• Apply regular polish / gel polish / nail art (as trained) according to customer preference.
• Provide basic nail treatments: strengthening, repair of damaged nails, callus/heel care (non-medical).
• Advise customers on nail care and suitable products.
• Clean, sanitize, and sterilize tools and workstations according to hygiene requirements.
• Maintain stock of nail products and inform supervisor when supplies are low.
• Handle customer appointments, service records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow salon SOP, safety guidelines, and supervisor’s instructions.
