Job description

Monitor and evaluate construction progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.

The Director of Construction oversees the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, timelines, and project scopes; ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; and leading project teams ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
