We are currently seeking an SAP Plant Maintenance - Senior Manager / Manager to join our team to grow the SAP Service Management / Plant Maintenance functional capability within the EY SAP Practice, whilst taking on a lead role in current engagements, with local and international clients. Your key responsibilities

As a Manager/Senior Manager - SAP Plant Maintenance you will identify opportunities with both new and existing clients, where EY can bring value to bear through the adoption of these solutions. These are shared with all EY market facing organizations to provide consistency and common platforms with which to go to market. A willingness to travel to meet client needs is required.

Project Management: Participated in large scale SAP client engagements. Consistently deliver quality client services, driving high-quality work products within the expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client\'s business. Should be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable interfacing with a client on a daily basis. This role requires daily interaction with the client at many levels.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Functional proficiency with at least 5 years of full lifecycle SAP implementations and 10 years of industry and/or consulting experience in the SAP.
• At least 5 years of SAP experience implementing SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
• Responsible for planning and executing SAP Implementation / Development / Optimization regarding SAP – Plant Maintenance and comfortable with leading functional teams within his/her area of expertise.
• Strong PM experience and knowledge along with strong knowledge in MM/PP
• Detailed knowledge of the SAP Plant maintenance master data, maintenance notifications, maintenance orders and preventive maintenance, maintenance scheduling, refurbishment process.
• Ability to configure SAP PM and deliver work products/packages conforming to the client\'s standards & requirements
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Asset Management and SAP Intelligent Asset Management - SAP AIN, SAP ASPM, SAP PAI.
• Knowledge of SAP Field Service Management functionality in S/4 HANA nice to have.
• Experienced in creating proposals and RFP responses for clients.
• Fluency in Thai and English language is mandatory

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Prior consulting experience and a demonstrated history of driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies.
